How to flash a Gigablue HD 800 UE Linux Enigma2 Receiver

This guide explains how to flash a new Enigma2 image onto the Gigablue HD 800 UE using a USB stick. The process only takes a few minutes.

Flashing the Receiver

1. Power off the receiver.
2. Ensure no other USB devices are plugged into the receiver.
3. Insert the USB stick containing the image files into a USB port on the receiver.
4. Power the receiver on.
5. Follow the instructions shown on the receiver's front display to begin the flashing process.
6. When the flash has completed successfully, the receiver will reboot itself.
7. Remove the USB stick that contains the image files.
