How to use online pixlr to edit pngs into picons

Here is quick online guide for people uploading good pngs that just need a resize and recolor using pixlr editor online. Then you can share your own work.
Obviously some images require some pro skill. But some of these can be done by the requester.

page > resize page (scale) 220px width or 132 height depending on your image dimensions

set the picon to the correct aspect ratio
page > set page size = 220 x 132
