Are you sure its a 0960 card as i have a sky uk card and i thought it was 0963 but i worked out that is was a 0961 card. try using the wildcard caid caid = 09* in your configs then disable your reader insert the card and enable and watch the oscam log to see whats detected. it should initialise then when you switch to a channel it will select one of the three sky caids 0960 or 0961 or 0963 once you have that you can change the config to match.

I would do it like this: New image with my oscam and settings. First, check the whitelist with StreamRelay. So create the file. Now get Sky working. In my experience, no scan is possible if you're set to Sky. So, ZDF or something else. If possible, delete the whitelist and reboot (important). Now watch SoftCSA.
