use Japhar Flasher and activate the bad sector recovery and image suitable for the SIM card and with the correct bootloader and be careful not to take too big an image because of your memory -

Then your box will be upgraded to latest "Flash format" and so can accept all new images based on SSL84 File / Storage organisation.
