The important thing is the sim card in the receiver. If you have an A8P sim card, after flashing a clone image, you must flash the genuine bootloader before rebooting.

Thanks - just booted from that and get slightly different, - first message "bootloader" then "root file system" then "booting...." where it seems to hang like before. Not sure if there's a button sequence or anything? Thanks for replying in any case.

yes can you please post (at least in PM if you do not want share to all) your build instructions. i've tried build by myself but all I understand is cloned git repo and added dm800se module. have question - where and how I can patch it for ssl84d/sim2.10 bootloader. p.s. i know linux very good and know some programming, so you don't need to tell me the basic things ;)

The bin file is for use with DreamUP. There really is no need for the extra step of flashing this bootloader though your already on a version of the 84 bootloader. The no ca error only ever happens if you flash an image not intended for your sim type for example an original image on a clone . Youve been directed to images for your sim type so youll be fine.
