am I correct in saying what I do is install any image with sim 2.01 with ssl84d and then install the bootloader ? ive had a look can find the images can you point me to where I can find the bootloader thanks for all your help.

your on latest bootloader so just flash latest image for your sim

ive got dreambox 800hd its got newnigma2 v3.2.1 sim 2 0 1 bootloader #84a I would like to update the image can someone please direct me to what images I can install as I don't want to brick it. also if some can tell me how to update the bootloader to use other images. be really obliged. thanks.

ok thanks, defo sim 2.01 , I've opened the box and its on the sim, tried putting bootloader on after image, can you recommend a image regards Steve

Well its done my head in, got rid of the CA ERROR got an ip address , but every image I've tried to put on is invalid. got bootloader 84 on , seem to have no problem changing the bootloader, but a image no way, I can get the web browser up , reads the box info ect , defo a 800hd only Thanks Steve

Here you go guys. An update for MicroHD (red box) And an update for MicroSE (black box) Please choose the correct file and upload it to your STB via upgrade by USB choose All SW+Bootloader. Some channels maybe missing. I welcome any suggestions. I have also inputted my ftp server details so after these are installed you should have FTP access to future updates. Unlike some companies I do not intend to charge for channel updates. Enjoy Attached Files

I tried also to install less recent images, from middle 2016. Using such images all work fine. Actually I'm using a openPLi from august 2016. Is it possible to change from estar v3 to sim 2.10? I have the sim required ie sim 2.10 can load 84d bootloader but when reboot i get the no ca error am i doing something or is it not possible? Thanks Dave.

Has anyone managed to get the latest openATV (5.3) running on a cloud ibox 2 plus se? mine flashes ok but after showing "boot" on the front panel it only goes as far as "loading" and it seems to be in a boot loop, i have loaded the latest bootloader but still the same problem. i have manages to get version 4.2 on it but i wiuld prefer to have the latest image.
