You should get a prompt on the front display LCD, then you press the OK button that`s behind the front flap, receiver starts flashing the firmware the reboots when finished.. Bootloader is also attached in case you need it..

Flash the bootloader in the download section, then genuine firmware, openatv, openhdf, droid, openspa etc etc (not Vix or Pli)

Hi. I had blackhole installed on my vu+ duo, and a couple of weeks ago I got a software message on my screen. My box kept crashing. Since then I have updated the bootloader and and flashed it with blackhole. Same thing happened. So I've tried with Vix, and initially it worked, then after a couple of days I got the same message.
