I tried to connect dcc to my Amiko Alien SHD 8900 box but it will not connect. i can connect my dreambox but am unable to get it to connect to the Amiko. I select routher and go find my ip address and it finds it, then when i go to connect, the telnet connect but the ftp disconnect. i want to add a cline to my box. any help would be greatful thanks karl

Hi Mate, Before getting desperate, don't forget to try OpenAR-P Image. I myself am using 7111 version of same image on my Amiko Alien SHD-8900 and its very stable.

Thanks, but I tried both lines seperately in an amiko alien 8900 using spark and OScam and both worked. When I try them seperately in the TM500S only the N: .......... line works.

Mate, I myself have tuned Paksat on my Amiko Alien SHD-8900 on Open-AR image successfully. But my receiver is with 7111 chip and I am using diseqc 1.0. I think there must be something wrong with your settings, like type of lnb etc. I would suggest you to again try OpenAR-P again and check for any error in your tuner setup/settings.

Ok I am really stuck here got an Amiko Alien SHD 8900 which has both Spark and Enigma2 on it, thats all I want to do is get the Cline on it, It was on it I sent the Oscam Server file via FTP to the box and put it in Var/keys and hey presto it worked all channels up and running, then some issues started like box freezing and crashing so on somebodies advise I flashed the image on the box again this is when the problems started, when I sent the oscam file via FTP this time nothing no channels, now …

I have new Amiko Alien SHD-8900 and i have put on it PKT Hyperion (PKZ SVN2067 based on GIT-4767) and i use oscam. In building with common antenna system for 2 satelites it works perfect, but when i use it with disecq motor, it stops suddenlly, freez and i can only turn it off and on to bot from start.... I have an Amiko 8900, it worked ok when I got it but kept crashing so deleted a few plugins, only the streaming ones and a epg one and was careful.
