Hello, I asked this question before but I didn't get an answer. Please help if possible. With the K1 Plus device in USALS mode, the dish motor does not move properly and does not position itself accurately in the selected direction. Although the geographical location is entered correctly, it does not find the direction and the channel cannot be searched.
