Hello Nagra I am not interested in the TNTSAT aes key, but in the HD AUSTRIA Aes key.

then you can make an inquiry to some company for private reverse engineering project ( i would estimate a couple of hundert manhours of work for highly talented person in field of both hw and sw reverse engineering )

-> ending up around ~ 50000 USD (wthout taxes)

How you get open serial console on STxH205/7?

try baudrate 9600

baudrate is okay. I get some output. But get only a few bootloader version messages. Seems to be closed. You have uart port open completly on ca provider box?
