I have a problem with freezing TV channels in the SkyDe package, satellite Astra 19.2, Vu Zero 4K receiver, Oscam: -oscamicamnew_11838-ICAMEMU-Kitte888. Could the issue be with the StreamRelay channel list or Oscam?

It`s your provider line... This provider line is just Dogsh@t and that`s why your channels are freezing.
Not much you can do other than get yourself a good provider.
I have experience with this provider, and also wasted my cash , Just as you must have done.
