Hello everyone, I have the Tivusat cam and the card. Everything works fine except for the Rai 4K channel. I have, as seen, zero 4K image. OpenATV 7.5.1. I have sound but no image. White screen even when changing the HD format.

if you have a smartcam caid 183E, it should open rai4k
try to insert in the tvsat cam menu, the caid 183E, and if there is the possibility also insert the rai4k channel

the alternative is to use an oscam, the only problem is that the oscam does not update the gold card every time you change the key, and therefore you will have to insert the card for a few minutes into the original tvsat cam, and have light.
also I'm not sure that the original tvsat cam can handle 4k channels, that cam is a bit old, also check that it is CI+ on the back of the cam, if you want to post a photo.

tried to do a custom search on the same frequency...??
then once you are on the channel enter the cam menu and set the Caid 183E
I have the same Cam and it works.
on my 920 it constantly fizzes on all channels and also on Rai 4k
tested now with DM 900 which has only Ci+Plus support and works perfectly with OpenPli.
They are the first Ci+Plus parallel with the Ci SD and they struggle to work.
