I just checked, only two cameras in this picture are not working and are marked OFF.
You may have a conflict with Streamlink.
I think so...can you give me another way to install stramlink?

Openvix image streamlink installed but it only opens the Croatian webcams while with openatv and streamlinkwrapper installed I have no problems seeing all the webcams.

I only know this way.
Maybe the best way is a new installation of the software on the receiver.
When you wrote that I deleted the cameras, then a conflict arose.
The installation of this method of stream link is a bit longer and you need to be patient until it is finished and until the cursor appears and then give the command INIT 6.
I have a lot of cameras from skyline and youtube in the list and they all work only with Streamlink.
The strange thing is that i see italy webcam trought the plugin skyline...

Openatv is fine streamlinkwrapper from feeds, otherwise from telnet give the command "opkg install streamlinksrv"

Not all images have streamlinkwrapper (enigma2-plugin-extensions-streamlinkwrapper, ytdlwrapper, ytdlpwrapper)
Some use streamlink+streamlinksrv, and it's easily to fix by editing the user's bouquet file with a text editor
open userbouquet.web_cam____prenj___.tv and replace all at once
