Amiko5 4k and Tivusat card gold

I'd like to talk to someone that manage to refresh card tivusat gold using dec Android 7.1.

I'm using samur's oscam samur 11904, but no way to refresh, before was ok insert emm manually from pastebin.

Could you help me?
