PowerVu channels open on enigma2 with oscam-emu

Wow... i hope that it is possible to create something that we can watch it on PC by internet without satelite dish.
Can you help with an m3u file for VLC player or Kodi on a PC???

I wont just use Oscam for A×F×N and use Softcam×key and Biss.
