latest ipk only creates bin and script files if u check 11190emu script file u see there /usr/bin/cam/oscam_emu -S -c /etc/tuxbox/config_emu & so for emu oscam u must create same name folder to etc/tuxbox/config_emu and send your old config files to inside , if u dont have and old config files use this old file take configs from it and send to your wetek then edit conf server user etc files with your details

Out of curiosity what version of oscam is everyone running? I've been trying to setup a new Wetek with Pbnigma 5.1 all weekend and line is showing as connected but won't clear. Tried about 5 different versions although most likely my setup as I'm new to oscam.

I am useing the version from mach1 in the post above... I am connected to my oscam server using cccam protocol..
If you can see that you are connected then you are almost there... Double check your config files..

whats the difference between the 4 ?
Dont hold me to it but one would assume the following
pcscd = prob got only omnikey, smargo support
light = most probs just a light no many options avail in build oscam reader via dyndns only poss
latest = more standard use oscam more options availible within build
emu latest = with powerVU support biss keys ect ectcould be wrong though :)

Oscam 11211 latest
Quick question, its been asked before the differences between the 4, which i dont fully understand, but are any better than others for freezing etc. Ie, its the light better than emu due to its size etc?
thanks

oscam-emu - EMU support, SoftCam.Key built in, but place the new keys in /etc/tuxbox/config_emu or /usr/keys. For more info check the git page. Compiled with USB support for (some) external readers
oscam - Standard, compiled with USB support for some standard USB readers. Config files in /etc/tuxbox/config_oscam. Limited support for BISS.
oscam-pcsd - Only for those who use PCS external reader, loads extra libs and modules.*-latest versions do not come with config files or additional stuff (help, examples). Here, oscam-light is a bit specific as it kicks out USB libs, therefore, probably most interesting for those wo cards or those who do not have use of oscam-emu. By definition, oscam-emu might have a bit slower zapping speed (well, clearing to be precise) unless carefully set up (when to use EMU).
Another reason for 'latest' is that PB backup saves your conf files, so might be interesting when restoring...
