YES I did check to see if it was the last one. BUT this Storage system on the SF8008 is driving me nuts, HDD and USB which is which?

I thought SDCard inserted gives /media/HDD/ as Storage pfad,,,and when Ext SDD connected this will be pfad to /media/USB /.

BUT then Recording does NOT work,....,OK another problem to sort out.

OK, uninstalled the last Jedi vers.5.32 again,

Cleaned up and re-installed the latest ver. 6.15 on openPli 8,

just running an EPGImporter Manual Import...... looks good so far.

Will try the same for the opnATV 6.4 with ver.6.15 shortly will return with update.

I have been testing ALL the versions of the JediMaker on ALL images today, maybe the Log is from a previous version, cannot tell now....so how do i fix this?

I wiii go to openPli8 on slot 2 and install the Jedi vers.6.15 again. Will post results.Thanks

JediMaker versions 5.32+6.08+6.12+ 6.15 I have tried ALL with same results.

The EPGImporter ver.(1.0+git195)

When I open the JediMaker to load the Playlists it crashes, with Green Skin.

I have loaded a Crash Log.

I WOULD send you the Lines to check, have NO problem with that, BUT the providers have noted the IPs and if different ones are used IT gets Banned.

No if's or but/s BANNED and no refund.! (I do NOT quite understand that because I use VPN..... but that's what they say).... so better NOT.

Maybe you will find something on CrashLog,

I have had a look at it and there are references to MOUNT and UNMOUNT of SDCard. As well as other things I DO NOT understand.

This is totally Bananas on the SF8008. I Formatted the new SDCard to ext4 and after inserting into Box it mounted itself.

DCC_E2 shows picon,piconsat.piconprov, VPN,epg.data, movies, ALL as being in in /media/hdd/ so that should be correct.?

If I attach an External SSD formatted in ext4 it shows up as USB and everything gets screwed up and BOTH stop working.

So I have decided to leave the Ext.SSD OFF completely until I sort that.

Here my four Lines config as i think they should be.....think its OK.

Hi Guys, hope you dont mind my joining in here,

using Oct SF8008 Multiboot - Slot1.openATV 6.3 - Slot2.openATV 6.4 - Slot3. openPLi8 and Also AmikoViper 4K Multiboot same Set-up.

DM800seV2 with openPli.8 and another DM800seV2 with openATV 6.3 Daily build and the Dm900UHD openPli Original.

MultiSat Reception 28E, 19E, 13E and 0.8W 4 Dishes.

All having the same issues regarding EPGImporter, they ALL lose the previous found events and the Sources are again (except IPTV ) empty...everyday.

EPGImporter Uninstall and Install - re-Boot and run Manual Source Scan. It picks up 1132119 events including the 4 IPTV Provider.

Using JediMaker v.6.03. seems to be working and the Settings are fine. If I want to update the JediMaker version to v.6.15, should I uninstall

the previous Version or will it overwrite and keep my settings etc etc..?

Been annoying me for weeks, every day the EPG is GONE and except IPTV NO event update has been made.

hope somebody finds the cause soon.

If I may hijack this Thead,

Exact same problem with my IPTV - EPG times, using ARM and MIPS Boxes.

JediMakerXtream v. (git35+7057181-r0) on openATV 6.3 Build 20200715 - Kernel:4.4.35 - python:2.7.15

Also using EPGImporter (1.0+git222)

The times are out by 2 hrs. Also tried several new installs without success.:unhappy:

Also set the JediMaker to update @ 6.09am and the EPGImporter a little later @ 6.19am to avoid conflicts.!

Hi Guys, This Bug is driving me Nuts.:sadgun:

I installed the EPGImporter, version as described above, from the Image Build Extensions.

Install went OK, Setup also NO problems, every day the Events get updated all works as should.

Then as soon as I choose a Channel and watch this for a while, then move to another ALL the generated Events from before are GONE.!

This is something I am experiencing on ALL my Boxes, makes NO difference whether MIPS or ARM.

I always install the EPGImporter and JediMakerXtream from the Extensions within the Image Build so I am assuming they are compatible for the Build?

This also happens when I manually update Channels List and Restart or Restart GUI to save changes. I have uninstalled and installed the EPGImporter

several times BUT this makes NO difference, below a Screenshot of my EPGImporter Settings.

I am using JediMaker IPTV EPG + EPGImporter on this Amiko and maybe this causes, creates and conficts making these problems.?

BUT, even on another Box with just EPGImporter and without JediMaker and IPTV, its the same with the Generated/Complied daily EPG events they all

still vanish, it makes NO difference.

Is their a FIX for this Bug, please?;):thumbup:

Those dependencies won`t install. They are for receivers with an SH4 processor. The amiko viper 4k has an ARM processor.

Try the attached version instead.

Thanks for the reply, I finally gave up on the Zgemma H7S and that other Thread, it was getting too one sided and NOT resulting

in any solutions. Round and Round in Circles.

OK, So I got an Amiko Viper 4K with a 256GB SDXC, Super Fast Box NO issues with connecting DVB-S2X combo C/T2 Tuners. Runs like a Train.

Also got the Octagon SF8008 with SDXC 200GB from German Manufacturer inside already.

Happy with both Boxes. Absolutely NO issues with Tuners and ALL connected on the same system as the Zgemma H7S was.!

But I am running the JediMaker v.6 Plugin and IPTV on my DM900UHD with openPli 7.3.

Thinking maybe that's the issue, will try on the Octagon and Amiko with different Images.

Yes I am aware of the issues with crap Providers and Cheap is Cheap, you get what you Pay, BUT that's NOT the Case they are ALL middle Class.

NOT the most expensive BUT also NOT the Cheapest. I have three, so I can cover all the content and everything we like to watch. Wife Me and Kids.!

It is so difficult to find a good one and they never show a Channel List, which would make it much easier to decide.

Also heard about the Internet problems of recent, ISP blocking is also a problem BUT we all have to live with that. Many IPTV Providers DONT allow VPN.!

Its ONLY so brutal in the UK, in Germany its more relaxed, NEVER ever had issues with that.

My Speeds at Home have dropped as of a few Days, ONLY getting 120Mbps instead of the 300Mbps on contract.

Anyway getting off Topic slightly I will Plod on with the Jedi Maker, "Kiddac" is great he takes the time to explain things for everyone to understand.

He is constantly looking to improve the Plugin so it will Defo get better.

I have another problem now the Playlists keep disconnecting with message, " Server NOT Responding" and URL Invalid.!

I have checked with my Provider and they say ALL..OK at their end, I should check my Network. Well my Box is connected I can see that.

I have three Providers and can physically see which one is connected and which is OFF , while two keep disconnecting the whole time,

the other Provider is connected and working fine.

Does having too many Providers and Channels cause these problems?

What would cause such disconnects and constant freeze ups, only way to continue to watch is to switch channels and back.

I have a Stable and Fast 300Mbps Internet.

I put my Lines manually into /etc/enigma2/jediplaylist/playlist.txt,...... then Save and Full Re-boot/Restart Box am I missing something?

is there something I am NOT doing?

When this happened, I Switched my Laptop ON upstairs and this was the Speed Result via WIFI upstairs. So reall pretty good.!

Then reboot Receivers in "FULL restart" Mode

BUT have also tried inserting Manually directly into Plugin in Receivers.

Have Tested with VOD turned OFF but still same results.

Yes I do EDIT the Bouquets Lists by Hand, with the "Enabled Move Option" , but as you say every time it updates the Playlists they

WILL revert back to Original order, which makes my Editing/Sorting totally useless. OK understand

AS far as the Box freeze is concerned I will Flash a Second image onto Multiboot Sector and Test that, IF NO success, I WILL

Flash a completely NEW Image without Multiboot or Recovery.!

Plugin shouldn't be getting stuck anywhere. But if url is incorrect it there is a timeout before it fails.

How are you adding provider lines. Via plugin or manual entry using the playlists.txt file.

If you got 100000 VOD, try turning off VOD to test your provider just with live.

You can edit the order of providers by having them in the correct order in playlists.txt file. (upon performing update this is the order it will use)

You can edit bouquets order once bouquets made, but if you have auto update on or run a manual update, your order will revert back when update runs

Update reloads all channels, deletes existing bouquets and remakes them. Therefore if you always want your channel list up to date, re-ordering is pointless.

You also don't need an editor, just press menu > settings on your channel select page/tv guide. There is a move option in there.

If you want to edit bouquets, probably best to turn off provider grouping in the jedi settings. Sub bouquets are a bit of a hack. Although e-channelizer should be compatible with sub bouquets as we worked together to make his code and my code compatible.

If editting system files. Stop enigma2 first.

use telnet/putty

init 4

make your changes

init 3

No need to do the above if using e-channelizer. I have no idea about dreamEdit.

Also try restarting GUI as lots of files gets cached until a reboot gui.

BIG THANKS for the great Plugin.......Saves many headaches.

I have a few Q's and issues, I am using 4K "ARM" Boxes,

DM900UH 4K, Octagon SF8008 V2 4K and Amiko Viper 4K, with mostly oPLI, oATV and oHDF latest Images.

Does the Plugin also work on Older E2 Dreamboxes "MIPS" or does this make NO difference?

Is it Image specific.?

When I try to load my Lists from 3 providers the into Jedi V.6 the Box keeps getting stuck. I have to re-boot and start again.

Is it because I have too many Lists. (3x providers).?

Is it possible to EDIT the Lists in my complete Bouquet Channel list? or will moving them around make any difference to the connection.?

Is it possible to also EDIT the Individual Packages in the order of my preference.? or will this effect the connecttion?

I ask these Q'S because I spent hours sorting them out by Hand, because the EDITORS out there DreamEDIT and EChannelizer Crash when

loading the the Channel Lists from the Receivers. Editing via both Editors NOT possible.!

Also when I re-load EDITED Channels Lists back to the Boxes they are NOT stored or accepted.!

Is this a Jedi Maker v.6 issue or Editor issue.!

I know many Q's BUT i just cant get my Head around this. its driving me NUTS I spend hours sorting the Channel List, then save Channel List via "GUI UserFace"

or "Fast restart" not "FULL Re.boot" ...Download Channel List tp PC Save and restore Back to Receiver with absolutely NO changes having been made.

ALL the work is lost.!!!

I don't understand what you are saying,

I have had several Boxes Yes, and they were all returned because they were NOT picking up any Signal or allowing a Sat Scan..Yes

They have ALL had the same constant NO SIGNAL loss and Box Freezing up with NO Remote Control function, Yes

Only solution was too Switch OFF from Rear with White Button.

This last one i purchased was from an independent Dealer, it is behaving exactly the same as the others, only difference being with this one,

is I can keep it for 30 Days to try and resolve these issues/problems.

The other Boxes I had to return after complaining to the Dealers, they wanted them back straight away.!

I have always been talking about the H7S being the problem, that I have DM which cause NO problem was only mentioned to impress that other

Boxes ON same Cable are working perfectly.

I do know that Setting Lists can cause problems, Yes

But If they do, then one notices that fairly quickly, I would say., they just don't work. So yes I know that, Thanks

The Motorised Dish was NEVER connected to the H7s, I said I have it for my other DM, Yes

So why would I say, one is working and then 3 or 4 are NOT?

OK Photos will come after I can get up there with the Engineers Ladders.

I am ONLY using one Tuner on the Zgemma H7S so ONLY one Cable is connected. Tried both Top LNB 1 and Bottom LNB 2.

I said I have tried other Setting Lists YES and they don't work because when they were loaded I could NOT get a Signal.

So HOW can I Test them if there is NO Signal there?

It was just chance or Luck that I got the Signal back every time my Setting were on the Box...Crazy I know.!

But that is how it was truly.

There are generally two Boxes connected mostly in the evening one Downstairs off one DiseqC and the second upstairs

off the Second DiseqC, so BOTH are independent from one another.

They should NOT be getting in each others way and they don't when the DM's are running, its only now, that I'm experiencing such

issues/problems since i hooked up this H7S.!

Details are as follows, for my two DM Boxes and Zgemma H7S upstairs, in my Study/Hobby room.

First Dish 95cm with 3xTwin Inverto 0.2 LNB's Pointing to Astra 19e, Hotbird 13e and Thor 0.8w.

Second Dish 70cm with 1xTwin Inverto 0.2 LNB Pointing to Astra 28.2e

From FIRST Dish three Cables from 3 Sats to DiseqC Switch ONE and Three Cables from 3 Sats to DiseqC Switch TWO

From SECOND Dish one Cable from 1 Sat to DiseqC Switch ONE and one Cable from 1Sat to DiseqC Switch TWO.

The Two Cables from both the Outputs of the DiseqC Switches one of which goes to the Downstairs of House and the second Cable to Upstairs.

Cable run length from FIRST DiseqC to Downstairs Plug /TV approx 8 -10 meters. From SECOND DiseqC to the Upstairs Plug/TV approx 16-18 Meters.

NO complicated bends or corners so I assume Cables are NOT damaged. Why would they be?

I think i mentioned before the LNB's, DiseqC's and Cable compression F-Connectors where only newly installed approx 30 months ago.

By the same Engineer who is coming to check it over,

How can they be fooked already that's insane, unless the Pigeons have really gone to Town on my Sat System and crapped all over it, damaging and

corroding the LNB's , Switches and Cable F- connections. We will see if that's the Case.

Which I can't believe because the LNB's are mostly Plastic and the Switches are shielded with the Plastic Pull down Cover as are the Cable F-Connectors

with rubber slip on seals.

Its a pretty straight forward installation really NOT very complicated, I remember seeing Pics of your Set-Up with those LNB on that Dish of yours in

Sweden I think, so this is so very simple compared to that one of yours.

(I also have a Philips Gregorian Multi Focus Dish 90cm with Motor which is currently NOT running, because its NOT needed.)

Hope the System is explained now and you can imagine what it is?

YES have also the same hesitance about the Octagon SF8008 4K, as you, I DO require a HDD also on board.

same goes for the Gigablue UHD Quad 4K..NO HDD on board.

Although there is a German Shop that does a KIT for the Gigablue, ONLY the larger 3.5 HDD though.!

I'm only using a 128gb USB on the H7S because I don't want to open it up as it might have to go back after the 18th.June

Looks like the AXHD 61 4K is the favourite. BUT no choices will be made until problem resolved.

AS you have stated ALL my other Boxes WORK 100%, NO Signal or Tuner issues whatsoever, this is what is so confusing

as to why the H7S makes such an issue of connecting to my Sat System.

Even the new 900UHD with Dual DVB-S2X Tuners makes NO problems and accept what ever Sat's I throw at it.

My IPTV Channels work well, I know that has nothing to do with the Sat Signal, BUT it goes to show the Settings are NOT corrupt.

About my setting list YES, I use my own BUT again it works on ALL my other Boxes even an old crappy "Eagle 1000S" Box.!!

I have also tried VHannibal settings and others from Plugin, but none have worked either.!

I even tried several different/new "satellite.xml" lists, but even here, alas to NO avail.!!

If after Flashing an Image I agree/choose to load pre- set default Settings from the Wizard Set-Up, it make NO difference the Box still has NO Signal.!!

I can't even Scan after installing a new image, because I have NO Signal.

So I logged into DCC/ Telnet and sent your command, with these results, see attachment and Crash Log.

No Channels or Any Favourite Bouquets were loaded just a single Bouquet which was empty!

which Location, is it HDD or the regular /etc/enigma2/ ?

Cos I only have the 128gb USB @ /media /usb3/ at present..NO HDD installed.

if its trying to Load onto HDD it obviously will NOT find it, maybe that's why I'm getting NO new Settings list saved/loaded/

Re-loaded my own settings and they ALL appeared as usual, ALL Bouquets, ALL Channels, ALL Sat's and ALL Favourites

Using E-Channelizer Editor but DreamboxEdit 7.2.1 works just as well.

Lets wait until the Engineer has been on the 18th and see what we find, will report back.

Yes, same thing on ALL the Boxes I've had.

Strangely on my DM 800/800se/800seV2/8000 and 900UHD ALL is working normally no Signal loss or Tuner fallout.

When Engineers arrives on 18th June we will check ALL of those things.

Well the Signal has just gone again while changing Channels. see below

I am totally baffled by this issue I will NOT give up until its resolved and we find the problem.

Yes, you are of course right, any and all Modifications on the Tuner will Void the Warranty. So last resort.

But before I do that I will look for another Box like the AXHD61 4K - GigaBlue Trio 4K - or Octagon SF8008 4K

1 - NO, HDD but USB 128GB Set and Mounted as /media/usb3/ - on one of the other Boxes I had put the HDD in,

BUT it made NO difference, exact same results. SO checked that as well.

2 - Saving EPG to USB stick, stick shows and stores the daily EPG. So checked that as well.

3 - NO Timeshift checked that already - disabled/turned off.......ALL Timers are OFF/Disabled as well.

I don't think I have made a mistake with the EPG settings either see Screenshots.

I have also tried various and most of the Images out there, ALL with the same Tuner/Signal results.

As I type this the Box has come back to life again with Signal returning, absolutely crazy...!!!!

Have made a few Screenshots to show you. EPG Setting Screenshots as well,

A bit windy here today so the Signals on the individual Sat's vary slightly.!

The AGC remains constant its just the SNR which Varies.

Also attached a crash Log from from 08.June 2020, maybe you can please have a look and see if you can find anything.

I have left the last Image on board, cos if I Restart Enigma or Restart Full the Box losses the Signal as well.

So don't want to put the PurE2 back on it. NOT using the Multiboot function yet. Want to keep things simply until I find the problem.
