thanks for the up but can you help me I'm trying to run this version on windows 7 64 bit as I see it is working but unfortunately the config files doesn't appear it is like the version is running by default config 8181 port etc ...
I need to make it read the config files ? if you know what I mean :(

thank you it works 100 % by the way I'm a beginner & I find that CSP is great to watch channels + plugins that other proxys & emus don't use it this a +1 for CSP & it's opensource
the best way to make a good server is to use OScam ---> CSP ---> Clients without a little glitch XD, peace.
