The only problem with the solo2 I have found to date is the lack of blind scan. To get the best out of the tuner you need a modern Lnb, my old Lnb about 10 years old (but still brings in the weaker sats) was not able to find some channels on the frequencies listed, a new lnb solved it.

Hi all
Is it possible to connect 2 motorised dishes at the same time using both tuners.

Trees restricting views in each direction hence 2 dishes located on patio mounts in different parts of garden, I must point out they are neighbours trees, not able to cut them down.

I think the problem is your amplifier overloading the output a splitter may work better
