Everything but Cccam menu can be found on my box.
When I press Home/2580/Info I get no menu for CCcam.
I have tried factory reset, no go.

Have also tried Menu/2580/info
Cannot get the hidden menu.
What is best to do next?
Went and downloaded, New Firmware 20161103.
I selected the *Version fresh install:
I extracted the zip, and put it onto a usb stick
Folder reads update.zip
Went to u4..
inserted usb, then this process
setup/config/system/firmware/upgrade/usb upgrade/E:/usb/confirm/accept/
Box powered off/shutting down/installing update/error
Box rebooted back up,all how it was, no menu available as before.
I just tried the firmware version before the other one, same result.
Can anyone advise what I should do?

Hi again,
I'm happy to say it is all working now, I used the latest firmware from Vivant Tech.
It failed like before on the first 2 goes, but the 3rd time it worked??
The Cccam file/server menu is now fully present.
I want to thank Vivant Tech, whom helped me fix my problem with the zip and loading it
