Its weird, got card in a sky pace since last night and still nothing. And I was going to ask for a new card!! It appears they have blocked the card updating via oscam but my card is bloomin free for eir sport so why continue to do a monthly update.

I gave up and rang them, all I got was leave box on standby, they sent signal and all is ok now. Is this update sent every month or on special days? Its hassle ringing and it goes at the most inconvenient time. If I knew dates I could put it back in box.

This has me foxed, My white card for eir sport stopped last month so I rang and got signal sent and all ok but when I checked entitlements the dates were wonky, ala below,

There are more lines but says the same.

As I has eir sport free I thought great no more updating but.. gone again today!!

Yes but its far better to have a dedicated dish for sky q. Also it appears that sky are not supplying the hybrid lnb, making it harder to get. You can buy on the lnb *bay.

Its just another sly way of showing more ads viz more money. Sly must have a very low opinion of its viewers.

A friend from poland has a polsat card in a sagemon receiver that is pretty useless. Would the card work in another linux receiver or is the card paired ala sly? Or could the get the cam and use a better box that way?

the make is a HUAWEI HG635 and port forwarding is long winded but easy when you do it once. This is a bit from memory, so you are logged on. select internet. select port forwarding

1. select port mappimg, 2. click new port mapping, 3. mappimg name, give it what you want. 4. application from drop dwn wiindow selct, i choose dns.5 click on add port mapping application. 6. scroll down and click on port mapping. 7 fill in name, then entyer port number if one port end will be same, enter same for internal, click save. By the way I usually choose tcp/udp but I dont use al lot. when you click save you will see the item you have port forwarded. click edit, clcik add port mapping, scroll down and see your device cliick edit to see ports. Hope this helps but boy its long winded.
