Yes, I tried using EMC to playback video files, and I can press the Menu -> Plugins -> Select "SubsSupport Donwloader" ( os "SubsSupport DVB Player" ) but EMC does NOT forward the name of the file played ( MediaPlayer2 did that ), so I have to enter the WHOLE name of the video file to start the search ( a.teacher.s01e02 ... ) with a remote - which is rather time consuming on these small IR remotes.

Is there a way to call ( start ) subssupport from mediaplayer on OpenATV 7.1 or 7.2 ?
I am using mediaplayer2 on OpenATV 7.0 and it has a keyboard.xml file in the Extensions folder. In that file I can map subssupport to start with any button ...
Unfortunatelly mediaplayer2 restarts E2 in OpenATV 7.1 and 7.2 . So far I could not find a mediaplayer2 version that runs on these images.
There is the included mediaplayer, but I can not start subssupport when playing a movie from it ( I have tried all the buttons :( )
Does anyone have any solution for this ?

Yes, now I can change the line for every powervu channel in lamedb to get the audio and subtitle I want for that specific channel.

About the subtitles : they are not showing even before editing the lamedb ... so they are just listed, but not broadcasted it seams ...
But the audio streams are working before editing the lamedb ... after editing ( as shown above ) there is no selection, and I cant figure out how to change the line in the lamedb to get some other audio stream activated ...
I've tried changing ",f:1005" to ",f:04" or ",f:5" but there is nochange in the audio ...
Could someone explain what are these parameters that brought back the picture but without the possibility of multiple audio streams ...

having some isues with powervu channels on 0.8w
I managed to get picture editing the lamedb and updating my oscam emu, but when I get picture i cant chose audio or subtitle ( that i can see without the lamedb tweaking, when these channels run as radio channels - only audio )
1. lamedb with picture and sound ( but cant select other audio or subtitle ) :

Thanx for the great find and post everyone! I managed to setup my little server on WindowsXP. The only problem that I ran into is that the server won't start with some of the newest editions of oscam.exe ( downloaded from Oscam for Windows « tek.readers ). Tha last "good" oscam.exe that work ok on my server ( connecting to all 3 lines that I have ) is oscam-cygwin-svn-6185 ... I can start som newer one's too, but they will only connect to 1 of my 3 incoming lines :(
