Found this on another site. Hope it helps

So you want to use the Viasat 016 NDS3 093e card with your Dreambox? Tired of all bull and assumptions you find on the internet? It took a long time for me to make this work and I want to share this info with you all interested. If it is not working for you, than you know for sure you are close to a solution.

I assume that you can install the cams yourself. ALL the figuration files needed are included in this docuement. Just cut and paste and replace the installed files with my settings.

I do not assume that all of my settings are perfect, but this is a working configuration, so if you want to make improvements, be my guest.

    You ONLY need oscam.server, oscam.user, oscam.config, mg_cfg and newcamd.list

I can confirm that my setup is working 100% and also cardsharing perfectly through mgcamd and cccam 2.13. Changing channels going very fast as it should be.

My setup: DM800se clone, smargo cardreader (buy ORIGINAL) bought from satboy.com, gemini3 version 17 from RamiMaher, cccam213, oscam 1.00 and mgcamd 1.47.

Firstly, do not start testing my setup WITHOUT a smargo cardreader. Some people have destroyed their cards by using the internal cardreader. It's said that the voltage from the internal reader is too high (5.5 volts). I can not confirm this.

So it will probably not work without a smargo reader. After you bought the smargo reader you configure it first in your windows computer. You put it in the dreambox-mode and my version is 1.4.
Get yourself the files to configure the smargo reader. Do here some research yourself!

You need to figure out your boxid. You need the STB Id code from your original box. This calculation is the ONLY right one for the 093e card:

Example STB ID: 001058808326 you Discard the first "0" in the beginning and also discard the last digit, and so we will have 105880832----convert it and you will have 64F9D00 which becomes 064F9D00 and thats it,thats our boxkey

Now, lets start with installing Oscam 1.00 and mgcamd 1.47. Furthermore you can install cccam 2.13 and the config files.

My operative system is the Gemini3 firmware from Rami Maher, version 17. I can not confirm it will work with all firmware, but Gemini3 is working fine. I installed the TS panel 3 from Tunisiasat and found there all the cams I neededed (Gemini3 cams).

After installing your cams and config files needed, cut & paste the files to your dreambox and remove the old info.

The oscam files will be in /etc/tuxbox/config/

The newcamd.list and mg_cfg will be in /usr/key/
I was a little unsure if this destination or these 2 files were right so I put another copy of these files in the same folder as the oscam files.

    Now, please some attention now!

You run a combination of cccam213 and oscam. This mode should be after installation of the cams in your cam settings of your box.

    ----> CCcam_2.1.3_oscam_1.00_cam.

If it starts up correctly you can open the oscam interface in your internet browser by writing the ip number of the box and the port. example: 102.168.0.50:8888

    Good luck!
