My EPG listings seem to disappear overnight and they aren't there when I check every morning. I have to manually download them every time but they don't seem to stay permanently or download automatically.
Are my settings wrong?
Also, my timers and recordings are somehow deleted automatically along with the epg.
I've looked at many posts on this site but can't find an answer and solution so I'm hoping somebody can help me out!

Do you have CCcam enabled at startup in softcam manager ? If not, when you restarted the box CCcam will not be running..
Have you tried looking at CCcaminfo ( Blue button or http://ip.address.of.duo:16001 ) ? Is the server/C line online ?
In softcam manager there is a green tick and 'Scam.3.59'
How do I check if the server/C line is online?

Hi,
I purchased a Vu+ Duo with Vix installed. I installed CCcam through FTP (it has a green tick on softcam setup) and I'm trying to get the channels set up, only getting FTA at the moment.
I have the details for cline which I pasted into the CCcam.cfg file in the /etc folder.
I've restarted the box and only FTA channels are working. What am I doing wrong? This question has probably been asked a million times on here but I'm really hoping somebody can help me out! I've been trying for a week!
