If i installed the latest version, could i do that without re-installing cccam..autobouquets ..etc? so could i just install vix over the top and away we go?

can anybody help?..im using the vu+ duo, i can record anything no problem..but what i want to do is when i watch something i want to record, by the time i get the controls,click on record program ive missed like 30 seconds of the program, dont sound a lot i know..but is this possible to do ?

i flashed my vu duo yesterday with open vix Zeus. everything is working ok, except when when i change channel, the picture shows great, but after a second or 2 the screen goes blank, then when picture re appears it looks as if there is little blocks of a different channel in the corners and on the side of the screen showing through.
its happens if i swich from sd to hd and visa versa.
Can anyone help please?

thats job done, i think what was happening was, there was a picons folder inside enigma2 so it must have been reading the picons from there and not from the stick, as i was editing them from the stick this is why it wouldn't work.

Thanks clyde, yes using a stick, tried that, still picon not showing. i downloaded a picon part 1 and 2 pack from this forum about 3 weeks ago.
everything else is showing except BT Sport HD 1 and 2 plus Dave HD

Thats what it shows on service ref on screen, and that's what they look like in the folder on the stick.

i have renamed the file from old to new.
1:0:19:F3E:808:2:11:A0000:0:0:0
instead of
1:0:19:F3E:7F3:2:11:A0000:0:0:0

I'm missing picons for bt sport hd 1and 2..dave HD..espn HD.
Is there anywhere I can get the service reference numbers to have a crack at changing those, as scanning has done no good.

Im using autobouquets E2 for 28.2E on Vix
i just rescanned as the epg list dissapeared..i got it back running,but now when i press autobouquet list i have 2 of most categories.
How can i delete these duplicates?
