No, its not matching another box, its matching the MAC on the server

I wonder if anyone can help with a really strange but frustrating problem, I have set up a lot of Enigma 2 boxes over the last few years but never seen this situation before.

On new Zgemma E2 boxes ( Various models ) after updating to the latest OpenATV image or Wooshbuild base system I make my connections to the server ie. MAC address, DHCP set up etc. and everything is working perfect. When I then transfer these fully working boxes to my friends they all show access denied, yet when they bring them back to me they work fine. The box MAC address matches exactly and the network is set up for DHCP, I have been through resetting routers, checking connections etc. pressing the blue button validation etc etc.... They all work at my house but don't seem to want to connect at my friends premises.. Any thoughts greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I have got 2 Zgemma-Star S boxes...my big problem is that the neither of these will not turn the motor, I have it set up for usuals as simple, positioner, longitude and lattitude are set correctly and I have the latest Vhannibal motorised settings in the box....I have setup lots of boxes in the past with these settings but somehow the dish refuses to move....the motor is working 100% and I can get all other brands of boxes to work with the same setup as above. I have tried this with 2 different openATV images, Openvix and PLI, I have changed power supply, different setting files and still nothing. Does anyone else have a problem with moving the dish with these boxes? Thank you.
