I bought it from vuplus_co_uk on Ebay. Problem is I am in Corfu so sending it back is going to be expensive and as usual the buyer pays for return postage. I think it will have to be a return in case it's not the psu. I have recommended the Vu+ to lots of people because I love it - I will be worried now, even when I get this sorted. Oh well, I am back on my little but trustworthy F3 for a while! Thanks again for all the advice.

My Vu+ duo that I bought mid-April has completely died. No lights whatsoever. I have contacted the supplier and hopefully will get a response after the weekend. The advice I would like is this - would you send it back or ask for a new power supply? Kev.

Not sure this is the correct place for this. I have been updating channels on my F3 using AJ's. I have just tried an update and it whizzed through the burnflash and now I have no channels. It looks like there is a lot going on at the moment - is my problem connected? Not sure how to get any channels on there now.

Having bought a Vu+ DUO I was worried that I would ever be able to set it up and get it working. I am a complete novice. I tried to find everything I needed before asking but did have to post a few enquiries and they were promptly answered. The box is a beauty and I love it. I would like to say a big Thankyou to all the people on here who take the time to help others. Maybe one day I will have the confidence to do the same! I am sure I have only scratched the surface of the box's capabilities. Thank you.

I received my new Vu+ DUO today. I have only used F3's previously so this is all new to me. I found a setup guide on here and got to the point of installing DBE. The next step seems to be the bouquets. The guide mentions Silverfox, so I looked for this to find it had been replaced and now auto-bouquets seems to be what I need. As you know the box costs a few quid, so I am terrified of bricking it. I had the ViX image pre-installed. Could you point me to an up to date dummie's guide please? Kev.
