Does your receiver go into "Stop" mode? If so, you can flash the bootloader.
I'd strongly recommend you physically check what Sim card you have. Some have labels on the bottom of casing. If you open the box, be gentle, don't break the sim card holder.

The dependency is added during the build process. I normally unbuild them, edit the dependencies, repack and upload. In any case, manual transferring the files avoids the dependency issues.

Please post debug log showing ABM run. There is a logs settings in OpenATV and other images that have this function. If you are using PLI, you have to start in console mode. If you need advice on how to do this, say so. You obviously need to say what image you are using.
I am confused now, how can it be the same error when they have different tuners being referenced. Can you clarify what the problem is please?
A. Cannot install ABM version 3.1 on DM800
B. Unable to update ABM provider file on DM800, it says wrong version
C. ABM fails to tune on DM800 on tuner A. It does not have tuner B.
D. ABM is updated to 3.1. Provider file has been updated but fails to tune on DM800 tuner A.
