ProSieben will change its name to ProAcht for a week
QuoteEntertainers Joko and Klaas have come up with a new joke for their home TV station ProSieben. For one week, the station has to change its name to “ProAcht”.
How the name change for ProSieben came about
At the Joko & Klaas v. ProSieben – New Year's Gala, the two artists competed with the broadcaster as usual. It had already been said that Joko and Klaas would gain much more than just 15 minutes of airtime.
In the last game of roulette, they bet on the number 13 and with a bit of luck won the show. Joko and Klaas already had a great idea of what they would do as winners: they would change the name of the channel from ProSieben to ProAcht. The name change was officially completed yesterday evening and will be valid until 7 January. The station will then change its name to Joko & Klaas: Good Night on ProAcht on ProSieben.
