- weather: added displaying error messages if connection to the provider server
failed, added timeout to reading provider server data, added autoblock to
multirequest (next city requirements), added autodetect and ignore if next city
have not woeid defined and provider is yahoo, fix autocolor if units are F,
added more error messages, updated weather translations, MSN - added calculate
sunrise/sunset by using GPS and NOAA formula, fix country detection (MSN)
- added new options: Show yesterday - if weather provider is MSN, Auto Reconnect
time (error) - try in selected time reread data from weather provider if any error was detected
- added autoredesign of the screen if "Show yesterday" is disabled - hide N/A state of infos, recalculate and moving other
- help updated in download menu
