    if your not getting 28.2 then the database you setup via the spark settings is not the same as the auto channel list/boquets it should have been renamed the same as the original settings you downloaded example if you download Lavtronics that covers Astra sat frequencys and then download the auto channel with boquets from Astra 1N,2A,2F/Eutalsat 28A (28.2E) you will find the downloading of the channel and boquets fail to complete the download and instalation its got to be the download that Lavtronics database covers.
    setup without any crashes you use latest spark update "not beta" in database i selected all basic then move onto sat setup find your sat mine 28.2E clicking red button options of scan scan type is all NIT normally off but it wont identify any other sat in which we get channels from so you may want to set it on so your first and hopefully only scan will be a proper scan of everything on offer once its done use channel sort and just make sure your settings are bringing you your sat first via,provider,CAS and so on so its just 1 big list of channels and then move onto the auto channel boquets as they download and look for channels to fill their boquets this will error the dfownload also if you have started sending channels to boquets already. but if your still having errors and so on "loosing channels" scan and tell the scan not to remove the channels in place of the new scanned channels.
    lastly E2 is great for looking more like a normal sat setup but its a virtual image hosted onto spark via an emulator.

    frankjh100 the easy way to do it would be check for updates via the database in spark v1.2.75 but there is a beta version of 1.2.76, when you restart the box goto channel you should have a new option auto channel list in that list look for the settings that your on download that plugin and with that it will create an updated set of autoboquets you will need to do some sorting between them but there are in total 33 seperate boquets the basics are done you just set the rest via channel/sort channel favs to your requirments i downloaded the lavtronics settings same section as updates for spark and then auto channel list and all the channels are updated unlike the Enigma side where you have to keep ontop with channel and picon settings from other people to keep uptodate spark is run online with auto-updates via the scan after installing auto channel lists.

    ok freeway7 im not a grandad but im unable to read so what you wil get is easy to follow instructions to make things easier for you :) .
    ok so your not unfirmiliar with the process of adding cccam into spark or the amiko alien i mean. im giving you a link to a folder called plugins extract the folder onto your usb stick leaing the structure inside spark folder and while the reciever is on put the usb into your usb slot and install the plugins when asked "https://app.box.com/s/knwanonj3zx0zfkryczdx69ofhqudt31" this is a full set of programs.
    does your config have...
    CCCAM
    C: example.server.com 12000 username password
    or..
    Newcamd
    N: example.server.com 12000 username password 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14
    ==========
    if its 1st way then you will need to add the line to cccamd.list. if its the N: example.server.com 12000 username password 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14 then adding the line to newcamd.list is what you will need.
    you also could use a tool to convert them details cccam2oscam and your results will look like this..
    CCCAM
    C: example.server.com 12000 username password

    Converts to:
    Server Name: example.server.com
    Service Port: 12000
    User Name: username
    Password: password
    Key: (leave this blank – not required for CCAM)
    ===========
    Newcamd
    N: example.server.com 12000 username password 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14

    Converts to:
    Server Name: example.server.com
    Service Port: 12000
    User Name: username
    Password: password
    Key: 0102030405060708091011121314

    personally my Nline in spark is added to the Newcamd like this
    CWS_KEEPALIVE = 300
    CWS_INCOMING_PORT = 21000
    CWS = 192.168.1.186 15050 dummy dummy 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14 wan.

    but the plugin pack is a good full pack m8 i run CCcam214 i only had 1 problem which anupdate i think helped i had to activate on sky ShowCase ive not tried it since but keep that in mind.

    bro you have to give a little more info, Cline running on spark? enigma? what cline u want to setup your connection to a server or a server you are running and they connect to you, these points are mabe the reason why you arnt finding any infomation.
    adding to spark...EXAMPLE
    1, the latest version of HD firmware for your box can be found on this forum or from the "www.amiko.ucoz.com/index/amiko_mini_hd_combo/0-8" that page is for you to confirm your version update to make sure your running the newest firmware.
    this page on this site has an updated EMU http://linuxsat-support.com/showthread.php?t=79774
    but make sure i sent you the correct link as thats for none linux versions and my box is the 8900 SHD hd and is linux based those 2 links will provide you with all the latest versions to update your box to enable you to create a C-Line.
    i could have answered with more details if i had more infomation m8ty

    Fano fantastic work the plugins just enough settings all tweaked to help anyone new at this, now i seen you had oscam setup and runing all needed was oscam.server file changed with my details, i had a little bother my family both live in sat and cable areas so we hhave setup 1 cable server and 1 sat server, the sat side my family connect to my server which is no problem i send them all 1 cccamd.list with their name and password entered all they do is add it enable plugin. but the NLINE: are sent out in CCcam.cfg..
    #Generated via AutoCSP from HomeServers
    N: HomeServers.BLA 26778 USERNAME PASSWORD 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14

    all needed to do was use CCam to oscam convertor but none were running this is the output file..
    [reader]
    label=HomeServer.BLA
    enable=1
    protocol=newcamd
    key=0102030405060708091011121314
    device=HomeServer.BLA,18324
    user=NAME
    password=PASSWORD
    group=1
    inactivitytimeout=1
    reconnecttimeout=30
    lb_weight=100
    cccversion=2.1.2
    cccmaxhops=10
    cccwantemu=1
    ccckeepalive=1

    every time i tried all i got was blank nothing connected after reading all the past posts and issues i noticed a misstake that needed changing the protocol=cccam <---this should have been protocol=newcamd
    it was here i found on the mg.cfg under network shars the slight change
    # 02 newcamd, camd3, gbox, radegast
    P: { 02 }
    it should have been...
    # 02 cccamd, newcamd, camd3, gbox, radegast
    P: { 02 }
    Once changed and i restarted the plugin all fired up straight away, my point of this however is to show how 1 slight changed config can prevent the loading of the server and all connections and apart from that change the files were perfect this is just a helpfull hint to anyone facing same issues of connections not starting

    jack you dont boot from the plugins menu or anywhere on your system...
    How to Boot into Enigma2:
    1. To boot into your new Enigma2 image, power off your receiver from back power switch.
    2. Now, while keeping the front panel OK button on your receiver pressed, power on your receiver using back side power switch, after few seconds, you will see "Forc" on your receiver display.
    3. Leave OK button now and press channel down button on your receiver's front panel, you will see "En16" on your receiver display.
    4. Now press OK button and receiver will boot into Enigma2 image.
    =====
    and if you need to boot back into spark do the same steps again BUT!! when you pressed channel down to load up engigma2 this time you will choose channel up this will dissplay spark on the front of the reciever.

    on a personal note it might be nice to follow rules and make an introduction then ask for support with issues

    When you mean updates ,you mean channels changing frequency is it ?
    Does Autobouquets not tune the channel updates for you ,its a bit laborious running a full scan every so often.
    Perhaps a new satellite.xml file ,from here http://satellites-xml.eu/ may help.

    Its funny you should mention this as I was just going to upload an updated backup image .
    Its got an updated .xml file , and I added TSpanel,Sky Skin,Rats Bouquets loader and Rats Picons loader and a newer version of Autobouquets .

    sorry regarding the delay Fano the updated image you were talking about would improve people setup alot it sounds great and i know how hard getting the settings tweaked can get when adding extras like plugins and the rest but trying to keep them settings that were set from your image the same, ive reverted many times due to adding 1 plugin and it over wriding the settings. im sure if you did the updated image it would be most welcoming. in the scan of channels and so onor loss of the sat.xml file was great but id love to see your new updated image added id have it for 1 m8.

    Fano your backup image 4.5 the last few days theres been alot od updates and so on and when the updates arnt added there starts issues with the channel scans, i try to keep up-to-date without loosing the settings as much as possible but there has been 1 where any scan doesnt complete only takes you to around 86% this not being your issue but it seems alot of people are using your backup for its simple to use and stability, but i think it may need a little tweaking or updated as i fear this version is fast becoming a little outdated.

    Fano after many attempts of your backup image all installed without issues i managed to find a way to install your image and use cccam to watch tv with until today i was using an old image to run then installing mgcamed i couldnt find a way to clear my channels till i sent cccam to spark using usb then once running updated the enigma2 with your backup and everything running in lerss than 7 minutes and its really smooth also nice work m8

    monkified thanks for the reply m8 i have all the infomation regarding the building that side of its all completed i was refering to the page 2 of this post i have 1 shot at the pairing and just wanted to know if its been paired with a hd box or would the sd be the only option as last post page 2 shows a pic of the info prior to clearing on an hd box, but at this point sd or hd if my family can be grouped onto our own server that would be great for me

    could i ask would this method allow me to create a card sharing link for myself son,daughter and brother if the original box and card had the full package they could enjoy them channels also when it was out before the new security we had to pay that im not after but would like to create my own if its possible could anyone point me towards some reading material please. thanks

    keypard vpn is a premium service it also has free vpn i tried both the premium is fantastic with 8 country flasgs the netherlands being p2p so all games and so on can be played also torrents each country has many ip selections runs fab with any sttreaming sites including anything xbmc has to offer gui stands no chance and i think it is packaged in 3 stages but 120 days=3 months works out about £13 but its a great service and they state as long as DDOss isnt done using their system everything else is unlimited bandwidth and not logged

    hello about feb or march this year we got aurora and alot of testing and messing about myself and a friend came up with these helps tip i hope its what your after.

    To launch the web browser, choose the Raspbmc settings menu and there will be a launcher. you can also see it in programs menu. When you launch for the first time you need to wait for the download. Once installed the pi reboots to load the browser. to exit, choose file-exit as it replaces the config file back, so that the pi boots back to its original kernel for xbmc.

    Before jumping to use this new browser, please keep in mind that, this browser is supported in wired network! so if you use WiFi, you are out of luck. You are out of luck if you assign a fixed IP address to the pi! So you need to use a dynamic ip address with DHCP and keep the Ethernet cable plugged. This is a first attempt and the effort by the developers needs to be appreciated. So don't complain! If you like to try, just try it. If you want to remove it, it can always be removed.

    So if you get trouble in connecting to the internet with aurora web browser on raspbmc, make sure

    1,Enable dhcp for the raspberry pi (if you have fixed the ip adress on router)
    2,Use Ethernet cable to connect the Pi to internet (not wifi)
    3,Go to programs menu and launch the browser and wait for the raspbmc to reboot
