Yes, it seems that you already have it activated, the mixed mode, so maybe if you put your config files deleting personal information, we could spot the culprit.

Hello,
In the first line of the sbox.conf, under main, what do you have?
server_only=0 # 0=mixed mode 1=only server
If you have a 0 it should read the card and, don't know if it will work....
If you have a 1, you should configure the file users.sbox to access to the card.
Notice that you have to put the nagra data in the sbox.conf and it's mandatory to put your CAMID, eventhough it's read in the log.
