Hi I tried what you told me and transferred the cccam.cfg file however it did not transfer at all.
Also yesterday my fta channels stopped working now. Please help

On the right panel click on the CCcam.cfg to highlight it, then click the arrow pointing to the left to transfer it to the middle panel/etc folder..
You can also try filezilla.. On the left panel navigate to where the CCcam.cfg is, on the right panel naigate to /etc folder. Right click on the CCcam.cfg to upload..

That`s because you have chosen notepad as the default program for opening it. If saving any changes with notepad you will end up with a CCcam.cfg.txt file..
Install notepadd++ from google, then right click on the CCcam.cfg > Click on Open with and choose default program as notepadd++..
Which FTP tool are you using to transfer ? Why did it not transfer, what was the error ?
ok i have got it to change to notepad thanks, also i use dreambox control center to transfer things. there is no transfer errors which comes up when you click the left arrow to transfer it shows the little box but it does not go into the left column(box) at all.

Use the attached file buddy.. FTP it to the /etc folder with filezilla or dreambox control center E2.

hi guys,
i have a vu duo and i am having a lot of problems with the CCcam side of things.
on dreambox control center in the etc folder their is no CCcam.cfg file for me to edit it, when i try create one it always saves as CCcam.cfg.txt even though i save it as all types and when i try ftp to etc folder it does not transfer at all.
secondly, on my vu duo box while watching fta channels i keep getting an error which says sftcam check error.
when i try to re add enigma2-plugin-cams-cccam.2.3.0_1.0_mipsel and install, when it asks to restart gui and i click yes the black screen which says software problem encountered shows up and it does not install.
please help.
