I set up a pin number in TS Media, when I next tried to open it I typed in my number (which I was sure was right) but I cannot get back in? where is the number stored & how can I change it?

Excuse me but I am new to this, I am playing around for the first time with TS Media & Kodi (my dish is out of action at the moment) it looks from the bits of information I am picking up like it might be even better if I used something like unlocator? are there any tutorials aimed at total newbies which explain the process? I have a BT Router, do I need to alter the settings it that, or can I just do it in the box (I have a GI LX3 ) any help will be much appreciated guys.
