Have installed above-named Image in a Multiboot Slot via SDcard. When going to Multiboot Selector, I instantly get a blue screen. Then, can only exit the Image by going through the Recovery Menu. Crash log is attached. Thanks.

@giorbak......Would a 64gb usb memory stick work instead of the sd-card on an sf8008-Combo? If yes, is there an adhoc script for this purpose?

Don't know if this issue is being dealt with on another Thread as I couldn't find any.

Have installed OpenATV-7.4 dated 14 May 2024 on Octagon sf8008.

When I installed a skin, it appears to install correctly and is indeed shown at /usr/share/enigma2.

But, the installed skin does not then show up in the Skins Menu for eventual use.

On OpenATV-7.3, installed skins feature correctly in the Skins Menu.

Format a usb pen to FAT 32

Download this file openatv-7.4-sf8008-20240110_recovery_emmc.zip from the openatv forum.

Extract its contents to the pen (you should now have only 5 files on the pen drive

Insert the pen drive in the side usb port

Switch off the receiver, then on again whilst holding the power button on the receiver

until you see Updt. Then just let go the power button and wait until the box is fully flashed and booted to the new image which will also contain your Multiboot.

I have followed your instructions using Octagon sf8008 with OpenATV-7.4 and also on 7.5 Images.

The bootlogo.mvi file was duly created.

However, when transferred to usr/share, I could only see a very distorted bootlogo which was hardly visible.

The size of the bootlogo.mvi file created by the script was of 36,911 bytes.

On checking, my actual bootlogo.mvi file (which I usually use and corresponding to the same bootlogo.jpg file used in the script)

it shows a much larger size of 107,075 bytes.

Do I need to change some settings, please?

Can somebody please confirm whether AFN channels work with latest version 13.9? On Octagon sf8008 with Openatv-7.4, AFN works fine with oscam-emu 11725 but not with V13.9.
