Update v 0.8
I once made my current state of knowledge in the CI Module detection in a 0.8 kit.
Since when should now a CI has no jurisdiction (ie the transmitter is not assigned to the CI manually in CI Plus Assignment) are also not addressed this, but see first if it works so ever better than the previous versions.
