With DCC or filezilla connect to your recevier 192.168.1.xxx (your box ip) and u can see tmp folder.

You must connect via ftp ip address of your Vu + and put the ipk files in tmp folder. Then through the manual installation menu select the ipk file and continue. When you have finished restart your receiver Now you can select the new skin.
For picons you need to do so:
Create a new folder called picon following this path: /usr/share/enigma2/picon
Now select all picons and put them in the folder you just created with the name picon -
