It all depends on those who provide you with IPTV. It's best to ask them if the EPG is working properly or not.
you are right. but its strange sometimes it works and sometimes not.
sometimes the "private" epg sources affecter, another time i.e. rytec sources which are public.
same happening for me. only some sources are affected.
tried with and without vpn, same result. all you can do is to reboot the box and try again.
maybe someone knows a better solution
how do i setup wireguard with my ivpn account? i generate a private key, import it to etc/, then the server list will show up but when trying to connect to a server it says „not connected“

The problem is not the VPN providers' servers, but the IPXX servers, most likely they add restrictions on certain IPs.
so all i could do now is to test all servers and see which one is working best?

hi guys, probably this is the wrong thread but i see a very strange problem when using wireguard.
using:
vu uno 4kse
openatv 7.4., 7.5.1. and openvix newest image in multiboot
wireguard with mullvad and surfshark subscriptions
since few days i have following problem:
when turning on wireguard i see the box is getting very slow, for instance bouquetmakerxtream (bmx plugin from kiddac) is very slow responding when updating lists, same when zapping iptv channels, using czech plugin archivczsk. when turning off wireguard (mullvad / surfshark vpn) its okay again. i have not changed anything in my wireguard and network settings, also nothing has changed in my router (live in germany, isp is telekom).
any ideas? unfortunately i dont have a log (if i can have one from this, any idea how to get a log?)

Hi don't know what to do I've imported my list in BMX channels come on but EPG import lately keeps blacking out it starts a import then screen goes black and box restarts, I've tried uninstall EPG import and reinstall it still the same, I can't find a thread anywhere to find any info. Any ideas
having the same issue on differentiptv provider. one day it works well, the other it stops loading epg.
using a hdd to store the epg.dat file.
maybe its due to the vpn provider. using mullvad lately, will now try with surfshark. lets see if this will help

Is anyone else affected by a glitch if there is a * used in the bouquet name. It fails to generate the bouquet correctly.
dont have a "*" in the playlist but since few days it wont generate the bouquet automatically.

I have Mullvad as VPN provider and typed just the account number in the settings. Until now everything was working fine, but now I cant connect anymore.
It says "failing to connect". I deleted all connections on mullvad to make sure its not due the maximum amount of connections.
What could I do now? I am running out of ideas...

You can create a maximum of 5 public keys for each account.
Log in via web browser and delete the previously generated keys.
Then via plugin create your data for mullvad.

i flashed new openatv 7.3. few days back without any old settings. then i turned on the multiboot which is already installed on vu+ boxes.
Have you tryed to install an older fullbackup and tryed the same if your problem remains?
Yes, and it happens again after some time.
I reinstalled all from beginning few days back, now I have the same problems. I did not save any settings before. So it was a clean flash.
The fix is for now only for the devel images,I hope that the fix is in the next day's on ATV 7.3 and 7.4 too,sorry.
Update:
With next Image Update now for ATV 7.3 too
tested today with the latest update but the problem remain.

I would like to know the configuration to run IPvanish in VPN manager in E2 (openatv 7.4.) devices? I used always Surfshark and Nordvpn without a problem but don't understand what to do at IPvanish?
