I think that the tuner is defective and have the unit returned, I get a new box sent. the dealer is the box a duration test subject and then I get the box sent.

I have a DM800se clone sim 2.10 with the image italysat-6.0.146-dm800se_20140930.nfi running. the box freezes after about 5-10 minutes and can be restarted only on the network switch on the back. I have tried several images, but each time the same. what can be wrong, which the box stops responding?
