Last year I purchased 3 Edision Primo IP S2 receivers, one for my C-Band installation, one for the Ku-Band antenna and one intended to be used with IPTV via internet. I have full reception from 75 East until 65 West and large turnable antennas so you might understand that there are many radio and tv stations to be scanned for the settings.

At first I was very enthousiastic because I started with the C-Band antenna, and since I only scan for FTA channels there was no problem of space. It was great to finally see the Russian and other T2-MI streams appear in superb quality.

Unfortunately when I tried to do the same at Ku-Band I found out that after storing around 3600 radio and tv channels nothing more was possible. Initially I thought it was a software problem but a factory reset and new flashing of the software brought no change. The other two samples of the receiver showed exactly the same behaviour, and even when I took the trouble of individually selecting transponders drom satellites instead of doing a "blind scan for FTA only" after around 3600 stored stations (as shown in the "ALL" list) nothing more can be added.

I really don't understand why this takes place. Is the claim for 15000 stations an error? Or is there something I should do? To be clear, I never added anything like apps to the memory, I just the receivers just as they came from Edision.

Can anyone confirm this experience or tell me if it is possible to get the promised 15000 stations that the folder and the Edision website promise?

Isn't there a normal download somewhere without having to give your phone number and so on? I have no idea why that Polish site demands all of thins but I sure won't give mine!

OK, the site appears to be rather confusing, like most people in the world I don't understand Polish - but I eventually found a way to download, thanks!

    Hi,

I am confronted with a backup OpenATV 6.1 software that includes all options including the Ukrainian T2-MI Streams on 4.8 East. So of course I want to hang on to this image. BUT... it appears to have a User Name and Password that I cannot know. The image was made by someone located in or near Nitra in Slovakia but I don't know who it is so I cannot ask him.

Besides the norman un: root, pw (blanco) I tried roor-root, root-dreambox and root-sf4008 as un+pw combinations but nothing works. Can anyone tell me how to delete or replace whatever user name and password the original user put into it?

May I ask a very dumb question? I am a newbie when it comes to this theme. I have installed Kodi on my ET9500 receiver but I haven't the foggiest idea how to really use it. SO far it has created a favourites list named IPTV Kodilive which unfortunately seems to contain more radio stations than TV stations, and where it concerns TV stations about 10% seems to work, most deliver no decoded signals and some of them even make my receiver hangup so a hard reboot is necessary.

Also, when I go to the general menu, I get to see something named "KodiDirect" as the fifth option. When I select it I first must accept news and updates from www.turk-dreamworld and once I did that I get a huge list of installable addons starting with something called "specto" that apparently contain huge lists of receivable stuff. When I agree to install I must select between Install from a KodiDirect list, Install from Kodi official repositories and Install from other repositories.

But no matter what I select or try, at the end when leaving the program after supposedly having installed one thing or another I see nothing anywhere in my receiver that seems to have been added. It must be quite a comlicated thing, at least I need some form of guidance if I want to use this. But honestly, I have no idea where to fund such information. When using Google all seems to concentrate on available plug-ins and such but never any "how to use".

Can anyone please let me know where I should look for a sort of "KodiDirect for Dummies" or something like that? Or should I perhaps use another version of Kodi? This one has been installed quite some time ago. My hope was that Kodi might create more lists like that IPTV Kodilive list, the idea being that I would then select the stuff that really would interest me into an own favorites list. Or a list that indicates names of stations rather than things like "playlist.m3u8" or "master.m3U8" that all need to be tried out in order to know what they mean. An excessively cumbersome thing to do. If such a thing is possible. I heard a lot of good stuff about Kodi but I'm jst not smart enough to use it (yet).

    By forehand many thanks!

    Hi,
I was looking for this App for my brandnew OpenBox SX6 receiver. However, it is clearly indicated here that it's meant for a brandname called Anaconda (totally unknown to me) so I must assume that it's perhaps not suitable for my receiver? if so, does anyone perhaps know what server address i should use to get Openbox apps? When I try, my receiver wants to know a server name for that and i can't fine any.
