Thank you for your help but the prob. Was the flash was full of cache which I cleared by ctrl. + F5 and it's fine now.

Can anyone help solve this prob. I have tried quite a few latest lmages via web browser, null modem but keep encoutering the above erorr. the last image i tried was Cobra 1423 v4b. your help is apriciated.
