just a quick question would you guys ever buy a clone are any of you using them ? and what are your views on them ?

been offered a duo clone but im not sure i want to go that route is kodi direct any good as i said i have a duo 2

can kodi/xbmc go on the above box?

hey guys just looking for a bit of advice looking at a present for my nice id like to be able for her to record i have a vu duo2 and love it is there anything around that gives me the same sort of thing cheaper say £100-£150 with an openvix image kodi would also be great but not essential and that's simple to use what would you recommend thanks in advance

Hi there not sure what im doing wrong here ive just updated using the new image cheers master g im loving its so much nicer than vix i was using but cant seem to get cool tv guide to work must be doing something wrong also i get like a bar 3/4 way up screen then it goes in like 3 secs just a bit odd ive tried doing it from the addon in the image then also tried downloading and and installing by usb im just missing something any idea thanks in advance cheers Jason

hi there guys is there a way to upgrade from my vix image to mastter g latest blackhole image and keep the data on my hdd i mean my recordings (the wifes soaps)

im using this back up and cool epg just keeps green screening ive done the last fix on page 1 still the same is there another epg i can use? or a fix/ the xbmc thing is easy i found but i have atv 1 and 2 is there a way to stream my duo 2 to my atv 1 open elec ? that would be cool

is there the same support for the solo ? i saw something about xbmc(kodi) i use it a lot on my atvs and love it but if i get the duo2 i might be able to use on there and put all my tv eggs in one box so to speak
i have just been offered a solo2 for £240 with the twin tuners

Is the vu duo2 worth the extra money i am looking to replace my sly +setup with the same functions Ive been offered a vu duo for £175 or the duo2 for £300 my question is the 2 worth the extra cash and if so why Ive read the spec and can see the CPU is a lot quicker and on another note are there any better boxes for the money i like to play around ect i have a f5s at present i also have at1 and atv2 with kodi thanks in advance jason

Hi guys so i bought a ***box f5s seems like a mistake horrid thing to be honest I am looking for all singing all dancing new box I am looking to replace my *** plus with a good all rounder that's simple enough for the old woman to use and stop her in my ear. We live in flats they are new and we have 2 feeds in good isp speed around 22mps and have a year line i can install myself so what would you go for money isn't that much of an issue up to say £350 and if you guys have the time please explain the reason why you would buy what you recommend
