PVR Clients are disabled by default in Linux, but installation procedure is quite simple.
Run telnet ...
opkg update
opkg install kodi-addon-pvr-iptvsimple
... and you will be able to see PVR SimpleIPTV client in Kodi.

For mips OpenAirPlay, for arms only through Kodi.
