Don't realy need this, but tried ...
No problems with installation, apk works, Oscam works, WebIf works. readers connected but tuner not sending ecm to oscam.
No connection between dvb api and oscam, probably we need driver or something. Too complicated, there is lot manufacturers ... I don't think even a possible root wouldn't help ... but I don't know.

PVR Clients are disabled by default in Linux, but installation procedure is quite simple.
Run telnet ...
opkg update
opkg install kodi-addon-pvr-iptvsimple
... and you will be able to see PVR SimpleIPTV client in Kodi.
You didn't specify your box ...
For mips OpenAirPlay, for arms only through Kodi.
