Has the zgemma a favourite button on the remote and this is what you are pressing -- but normally on E2 boxes if you press the button above the central circle middle button this will be up button then press blue it will give you categories like sport and movies
just to add looking at zgemma remote its the arrow up button above OK in the middle as you may be confused with what i wrote above press that then press blue

Yes I press and get the categories, but my problem is on that category of "News and Sports" I get only news channels and NOT sports channels. tried to scroll down but only appears news channels, so where are sports channels?

I flashed my zgemma 2s with your backup image and works fine.The problem is when when I press Favorite and go to "News and Sports", I get the news channels only, and no sports channels.if I want to see sports channels I have to go to "all channels" and find them from there. is there any problem or what am I doing wrong?
