Shadow WQHD Skin Update: .23.12.23 v1.0-r58

- Support for crypt icon in channel list with current CSP 0.1.1-r2 (ChannelselectionPlus) channel list setting

- Skinable template in the channel list has been slightly revised in all switchable views

- minor corrections here and there

- new crypt icon in the info bars and now in the channel list

- new default Picon, thanks also to stefanbenno6 who created this and made it available in his Picon package and I now use it as the default Picon in my skin.

Since I mainly use his picons and the picon also has IHAD in it, I found it to be quite good in the skin as a default picon if you don't have one
