Hey, I installed CaptainBlastXD HDMU image what he put up on here and the only problem I have with it is that;
I've scheduled the crossepg to scan at 4 in the morning but because the box goes into standby then it doesnt scan the crossepg and channels end up showing up blank after a week. Is there a way to get past this or is there to disable the box going into standby?

So i installed your image and changed it to all my own settings (AutoBouquets, crossepg, oscam) and it was all running fine up until the last few days when some of the channels stopped showing the epg information in the epg.
None of the sky movies show the information any more. Tried formatting the hdd and re-running crossepg numerous times.
When i update rytec providers it says "29 providers updated".
Can someone help?

may help here the guide is just eye candy sorry
as for the channels not working check if oscam.dvapi has no files in it ie empty
also may need a reboot and restarting cam
Hey, I just deleted all the files in usr/keys/ and then out in Oscam.server, Oscam.user and oscam.config and all started working although I woke up this morning and it was off again. Any suggestions?
Also, when I run autobouquets maker, it doesn't get any adult channels. Any help with this? Thanks.

Although, I am having some issues!
Firstly, Installed backup 4 over the backup 3 update and put the .server file in usr/keys/ and only the fta channels are working and no sky channels.
Also, when in the epg and im changing bouquets, the categories on the top dont change. Any way to change this?

Hey, I have an amiko alien 2 with openATV 5.0 installed and I'm wanting to change to HDMU image of a backup image in this forum (Can't remember who) and Im just a bit confused.
It says "Spark 7162", does this mean that the image Is a spark image?
And can someone help me explain on how to install it?

successfully flashed my amiko alien 2 with openATV 5.0 and have the blue hd v3 skin on it and the only problem is that when I press "epg" and the epg shows up, nothing appears so I decided to order the Samsung M3 1TB hard drive to enable me to download epg data using crossepg and to record. Now what I want to know is how do I set up the hard drive from when I get it and format it and mount it to setting up the folders on the hard drive?

Just got openATV 5.0 running on my Amiko Alien 2. First off, i'm kind of confused seen as the channels are german layout and i want to change these to the sky UK layout.
Ive got experience with updating Openbox V8S channel lists but no idea when it comes to this Amiko. Ive downloaded Catseye's E2 Channel lis but no idea were about to put which file were.
Can somebody help me?

I tried installing an OpenATV 4.2 image what robljay has posted in a thread on this website and it all worked! So I turned the Amiko on this morning and it said "boot" and nothing was showing. Although spark was still working. So I tried to install the OpenATV 4.2 image again and the same thing would happen. The screen would show the openATV image and then flash black and then back to the image.
Can someone please help me?

Recently received an Amiko alien 2, only spark was installed and straight away i connected all the cables in and installed the plugin pack via usb. I then downloaded the openatv 4.2 nightly version 20150323 and tried to install and it installed successfully. However, whenever i boot up in enigma, the screen just displays "openATV" and then the display flashes black and then back to the openATV writing.
I then tried to install champion's openatv 4.2 file and the same thing happened. The display would show a amiko alien 2 box with a spinning icon in the corner and the screen would flash black and then the same image would appear.
Can anyone help?
