hi all i have a vu +solo2 box all ready running lines from a server can i add moor lines from another server

could not find any thing about this box on here but found this on another sit this worked for me

This is the only firmware available for V8 and I have fully tested and so have many others.
You load the firmware---exit---remove key and reboot box.
Re-format key and put into box.
Go to XMLTV app--open---change to internet--summertime on---now highlight United Kingdom---switch to upgrade and away it goes.
When finished--leave key in and reboot.

hi i have the same box the lazy way is to find a backup image and install that
i am using open vix with a blue hd skin looks similar to sky

HI after reading this thread & having similar problems connecting to my plex server from vu+solo2
I finally solved the connection problem by putting in and fixing ip address on my box and my mac as soon as i had done this hay presto it works even after power outage
