  • Tuner Config Error, and Satfinder crash

    Hi i'm new here.


    I have a vu-solo2.
    Recently I made a software update (through setup -> s/w management -> s/w update).
    After restarting, I started to get the same msg for all channels. "Service unavailable - check tuner configuration".


    I have a motor sat.
    I went to the tuner configuration settings and set to simple, positioner, and gave my longitude and latitude.
    However, no channel works.


    Also:
    - When try manual/automatic scan i get "ERROR - failed to scan (Error starting scannning)!"
    - When i try satfinder or positioner setup, a green screen of death appears and the STB restarts.


    Please anyone knows what is happening?!
