  • Kodi Launcher on VU DUO2

    Running the latest VIX image after upgrading from previous version.


    When i launch Kodi then i get the splash screen and then it crashes out without a error message


    Which log files in which location should i be looking at to see if i can see the issue? Unless there is a proven reinstall process that works?

  • Black Hole stuck on Starting GUI - Please Help Urgent

    Hello,


    Just said yes to a upgrade message on a skin and it seems to have taken out my box.
    It boots to the starting gui screen and just sits there, i still have FTP and Telnet access to it.


    I have tried to just delete the offending skin from usr/share/enigma2 however no joy


    I was also playing around trying to scan other tuners this morning however the box was quite happy until i undated the skin and it asked to reboot the GUI. So i presume that is the issue.


    Any ideas, are there log files i can check or a better way to reset the GUI?

  • Streaming to XBMC

    So i have managed to get my box all working but i have a couple of issues.


    I have my PI connecting to VU+ box using the VU+ Xbmc application, but have 3 issues


    1. It displays some channels Audio and Video like BBC1, however on other channels i only get Audio?


    2. It seems to work more like a remote control than a streaming service, so if i change the channel on XBMC it also changes the channel on VU+, i would like it to just use the second tuner instead so i have different channels displayed


    3. Which ports do i need to forward on router to allow me to watch TV on laptop when i am away from home

    Last one, When i change channel i get the bottom toolbar with channel which is great, however i also menu on left with Cam etc settings.


    Any idea where to turn that off?

    Managed to get all that working. However how do i get my EPG button to always select the Bouquet and Guide View automatically. Ive managed to assign the button to open Cool TV but not the submenus


    Also in terms of Skins, if you were to install BBC iplayer etc can you get a friendly Android / Iphone button type menu system for TV Ondemand 4OD etc etc?

  • No channels in bouquets using autobouquets c2 lite

    Hello i have just run the ipk to try and get all my TV channels listed correctly


    Now under Favourites i have all the folders however no channels underneath them. How do i get this to populate?

    It also seems to have stopped Cool TV guide EPG from displaying anything it now just asks me to select a Bouquet and displays the favourites folder


    Any help appreciated

    Tried all sorts of ways to install CCCam however no luck. Which is the actual file i need to install should the CCcam.cfg file
