if you use a higher version of CCcam so setup sid assign for this card and your prob is outa the world!

you better have to connect lan-cable also!
then power off box,start dreamup, after that turn power on at the dream!

you did portforwarding from port 12000 to ip of your server???
did you check port 12000 is open!
easy to check by "google canyouseeme"dyndns 100% up to date??

both 2.0???maybe you have a false bin in the openpli!!

wasiest way to do that is to zap to rai4,orf or austriasat! -

as example satangels updater,1channel,picture center,hd glass skin and the yamp music player!

reinstall from BH addons and all will be fine!
had the same problem!
after reinstall all back ok!

install tspanel panel by telnet!
that will show you the error!
when i remember right,tspanel tries to install an file which is used by another process!
when you delete that file manually, tspanel can be installed without any problems!
